Marta Sablik
Marta Sablik joined the Paris Transplant Group in 2022.
Marta Sablik is currently pursuing her PhD in the field of lung transplantation, focusing on pathophysiology and molecular biology. She joined the Paris Institute for Transplantation and Organ Regeneration in 2022.
Marta Sablik holds a master’s degree in Medicine (2022) and a research master’s degree in Infection & Immunity (2023) from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands. During her research master’s program, she interned at the Paris Institute for Transplantation and Organ Regeneration, where she is currently performing her PhD. under the supervision of Professor Alexandre Loupy. She secured a doctoral contract through a competitive selection process at the Paris Cité University (Doctoral School ED562 BioSPC).
Her research centers on elucidating the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying lung transplant rejection. She employs a tissue-based transcriptomic approach to molecularly characterize lung allograft rejection, with the ultimate goal of enhancing rejection diagnostics and unraveling the alloimmune response in lung allografts.
