Thibaut Thalamas is a data manager and bioinformatician specializing in the development and governance of high-dimensional medical data infrastructures. His work focuses on designing and managing large-scale, high-phenotyped, multi-organ transplant Datalakes.
At the Paris Transplant Group, Thibaut plays a central role in coordinating international collaborations across Europe, Asia, and North America, fostering data exchange and joint research to shape the future of transplantation science. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, data governance, and ethical standards in the medical field, ensuring secure, accurate, and transparent data practices.
Thibaut actively develops innovative AI-driven tools to enhance clinical workflows, including algorithms for the curation of medical databases and deep learning models for extracting structured insights from unstructured clinical data. He also contributes to liquid biopsy innovation, creating solutions to optimize dd-cell-free DNA biomarker analyses for rejection diagnostics.
Thibaut holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Université Lyon I, as well as degrees in Computer Science. He brings experience in clinical data management, biostatistics, and full-stack development applied to medical research and regulatory environments in France and the United States.
